Praia Village was built in 2008, a private development located in Vilamoura. Benefitting from a fantastic location; only a 20 minute walk to the world renowned marina which has many restaurants, bars and boutiques for those wanting a busier day! or 15 minutes to a beautiful blue flag beach at Falesia! or a short trip to one of the 5 championship 18-hole golf courses in Vilamoura!

The 2 bedroom apartment (sleeping up to 6) with 2 en-suites and 1 bathroom is on the 1st floor (middle) of the complex which is granted access either by lift or stairs.
The complex is fully fenced with access through electric gates and has underground car parking.
The apartment has all the mod-cons necessary to make for a very very comfortable stay.

About Vilamoura
Vilamoura is a huge privately constructed resort in the centre of the Algarve coast. The resort complex surrounds a 1,000-berth marina and boasts a wide range of facilities including hotels, restaurants, shops and a casino. There are no less than five 18-hole championship golf courses and numerous other sporting facilities. Nearby is the town of Loule, which boasts a Moorish castle and 13th century church. Praia Village is located in the centre of Vilamoura at just 1000 metres from the Marina and the praia da Falesia. Praia Village is an exclusive development of 42 apartments situated in the heart of Vilamoura within easy reach of all that Vilamoura has to offer.
Vilamoura Marina and Praia da Falesia Beach are just minutes away, while golfers are spoilt for choice with 5 courses in Vilamoura and many more near by. Praia Village is in a great location and convenient to all of Vilamoura's excellent amenities. There is a secure underground parking area; however, a car is not necessary in order to get to the beach or marina! Beautiful clean Falesia beach is located within ten minutes walk from the apartment. There are several restaurants on the beach and sun loungers and umbrellas may be rented. All types of water sports are available locally. Boat trips for fishing or dolphin watching available at marina.Vilamoura has five championship golf courses that are in close distance to the apartment.

Lovely Apartment Found the apartment to be much larger than we expected which is welcome surprise. Very clean, very comfy beds and pillows and in a nice quiet location, but only a 10-15 minute walk down to the marina. We used Uber to go back and forth to though, as they were cheap and very fast to arrive. The apartment is very close to numerous golf courses, we played at don pedro Laguna which was a nice course. The pool and pool area was also very nice. All in all we had a really lovely time in apartment Z and would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in booking it in the future.

Spacious and perfect apartmentI highly recommend this apartment, it is very spacious and very well equipped. Everything is there for a great stay, we stayed there 1 week at the end of August with five with two children and we were delighted. There are two large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which is perfect for preparing quickly. The pool is great and there are private deckchairs at the apartment. Plus is the garage no need to look for a parking space. Really everything is there to have a good holiday +++ John the owner is very nice and responds quickly to emails We will gladly return

An A plus for Apartment Z My family and I stayed in Apartment Z for 10 days. 2 adults and 2 children with my parents flying out for a week to stay with us. The apartment was more than big enough for us all. I was concerned about only having two bedrooms but the extra bed and sofa bed gave us ample sleeping options. The master bedroom with en suite was huge and with its own access to the balcony, it allowed us to quietly access the balcony at night or in the morning when others had gone to bed. Three bathrooms was amazing!! Every bathroom has a shower. It allowed everyone to wash and get ready quickly in the evenings. Kitchen facilities are great! We used the dishwasher a few times for convenience. There’s a washing machine also. Living/dining area is very Spacious. Plenty of seating for everyone and first class TV with every channel you could ever want available including RTE. We even managed to watch the All Ireland final on the Sunday. The apartment is located in a very quiet position within the development. We have stayed in Praia many times and this is by far the largest two bedroom apartment available and much more reasonably priced than other rentals in the development. John was very helpful right from the time of booking and we would happily stay again.

Great Stay in Vilamoura We stayed in this Apartment for one week in July 2023. The apartment was very comfortable ,spacious ,and safe. Dealing with John was a pleasure with prompt reply's on any requests. it is 10 mins walk to Marina / beach , great pool ,safe and secure for kids. The apartment was very clean with great space with everything required for a relaxing holiday, located in a safe, quite part of Vilamoura with shops etc within a 5 min walk. Would definitely return if back in Vilamoura ,tks John .

Perfect Spacious Apartment! Stayed here for 3 nights in May. Lovely spacious 2 bed/3 bathroom apartment. Had everything we needed. 15-20 min walk to the marina. 10-15 walk to the nearest shop. 20min walk to lovely beaches. Nice quiet pool area. Apartment/pool/communal areas very clean and tidy. Nice outlook from the terrace. Great comms with owner. Responds very quickly. Will definitely be going back!
